Description

In Slavic mythology, there are certain sacred ideas about crows. This is reflected primarily in fairy tales and epics.

In ancient Slavic representations, the raven is the prototype of the wind, the Stribozhi grandson. As an incarnation of the raven, the King Bird is called Raven Voronovich. He is the lord of the Underworld, a guide from the world of the living to the world of the dead. Because of this, it is perceived as a harbinger of death. Often directly called an unclean spirit. He owns living and dead water, has the gift of foresight, is the wisest, possessing special sacred knowledge.

He looks like a huge black raven. Sometimes it has glowing eyes of unusual color, a beak and claws made of metal. Capable of turning into an ordinary raven, human, whirlwind, etc.

Usually he helps a person, heals and transmits the necessary knowledge. Harms rarely and usually accidentally.
