In Flemish (Belgian) folklore, evil forest spirits are werewolves, usually taking the form of a raven, a black dog or a wolf (sometimes with wings), a demonic horse, a cat, a huge toad, and even a tree. You can tell about his approach by two small blue lights that swing and dance.
