Description

In Japanese mythology, a ghostly cat, a kind of baka-neko. is a spirit of vengeance.

In order to become a kaibe, a cat must drink the blood of its mistress (less often — die with her). At the same time, the hostess herself must be killed or commit suicide because of some injustice.

Outwardly, this creature can be mistaken for an ordinary cat. But this is only at first glance – so she is covered with ulcers and scabs, and her eyes are unusually yellow.

Can take human form (as a rule, first — the hostess, and then other people killed by her), and in this form has superhuman strength. It can cause people to be confused and subordinate other people to its will.
