Atmokinesis

Atmokinesis is the mental ability of a person to manipulate the currents of the atmosphere with the help of the power of thought, which causes changes and the formation of new weather conditions. 

This ability allows you to generate any natural weather condition, from rain and fog to thunderstorms, lightning, storms, hail, blizzards and hurricanes.

This can be an internal ability of a person or a mystical being, an ability dependent on rituals (Shamanic atmokinesis) or an uncontrolled ability obtained as a result of a curse.
