The von Brevern House

According to legend, after the war, in 1918, this house was bought by a very wealthy gentleman, who sold it two years later. 

The fact is that at night the ghost of a demonically laughing woman appeared to him. The deal was canceled, as it turned out that the seller had not warned the buyer about the ghost, and the money had to be returned.

Now there is an Embassy of Canada and a restaurant there.
