Vladivostok Arbat

Vladivostok Arbat, before, this street was called a shopping street and was crowded with a bunch of stalls, now it is a habitat for informal youth and the ghost of a White Lady, perhaps the most famous ghost of our city. She appears on a full moon and only to lonely young men. They may not see it, but they can hear a barely audible hiss.
