Description
One of the most mysterious is the place from the Izhstal Ice Palace to the 1st building of the Udmurt State University.
It is known from historical evidence that the Trinity Cemetery used to be located on this site, but in 1932 it was razed to the ground, and a university and a sports complex were built on this site.
It is said that ghosts are often encountered in the ticket offices located in the basement of the ice Palace building.
