Description

The castle in Suha-Beskidzka is a place where not traditionally white, but a woman in black lives.

The former owner of the castle, known for her cruelty, still haunts her estate, frightening visitors to the castle. Anna Konstanz ruled the castle in Suha-Beskidzka at the turn of the 17th-18th centuries. She inherited the estate from her first husband, Jan Kazimierz Wielkopolski. Anna Konstancja's second husband, Stanislaw Malachowski, also lived a short time. Therefore, the widow managed the estate herself. The subjects called her the Stern Lady because she was extremely cruel. She punished the disobedient with beatings and threw them into dungeons, which were always full during her rule. She enjoyed participating in executions of members of bandit gangs roaming the nearby forests.

After her death, Anna Konstancja's soul did not find peace. The widow walks around the castle in a black dress. Her face is covered with a widow's veil. If you visit this castle and hear the sound of creaking and sliding drawers, rest assured, the black lady is coming.
