Tara Hill

From a bird's-eye view, Tara Hill looks like a message to the gods, made right in the ground. In reality, this ancient mound was the place from which the Celtic kings of Ireland ruled, ruling the lesser kings of the subordinate lands. However, the mythical importance of Tara extends even further, at the time when a fortress was built on the tombs of the Neolithic era. Ancient people believed that gods lived here and there was an entrance to another world full of endless joy.
