Sigulda

One of the suburbs of the Latvian city of Sigulda is a ufologically active zone: glowing triangular and pentagonal objects are observed in the night sky, in the presence of which the engines of passing cars stall and cellular communication fails throughout the district. Sometimes huge pictograms appear on the local fields.
