Saint-Pierre Church

In the department of Eure in France there is an old church built several centuries ago. The dilapidated building and a small cemetery near its walls are shrouded in many mysterious stories, from which many will goosebumps.

The main character of the creepy legends is the spirit of the former priest of the church Rene Delamare. The latter was in love with the town, the parish church in which he served, and bequeathed to bury his body here. The will was executed in 1948, and 20 years later the ghost of the priest began to bother the locals.

Strange sounds are often heard at the church, white smoke appears out of nowhere, which is associated with the presence of otherworldly forces. And some even attribute healing properties to it.
