Radvilishkis anomaly

Geoactive zone near the town of Radviliskis (north of Lithuania). 

It is believed that people living near the anomalous zone have biointroscopy and clairvoyance abilities much more often than the average in Lithuania. Adults with a long stay in the zone had a severe headache, children hear an indistinct whisper.

It is also claimed that anomalous phenomena are often observed in the sky in this area, the appearance of unidentified black spots, light and dark balls.
