Pokainsky Forest

Pokainsky forest is considered one of the most powerful anomalous zones in the region. No one still knows where the huge stones scattered throughout the Pokainsky Forest came from. Their age is not exactly known to anyone.

According to beliefs, these stones are not easy, they contain a huge charge of energy. People say that a person's pulse quickens in Repentance, the compass needle deviates, mobile phones stop working, and a person can experience the most unusual sensations (from delight to terrible fear).

For the first time, the press heard about the oddities of the Pokain forest, with an area of 400 hectares, in 1996 from the Riga researcher Ivar Vix. It is believed that the forest in Pokaini was once a refuge for pilgrims from all over Europe. They carried stones to the forest and put them in special places with only one purpose: to leave their sins with a heavy burden.

The stones of the Pokain Forest are the biggest local mystery. In the lowlands of the forest with 30 hills, there are neatly laid out by unknown people and unknown when masonry: moss-covered stones have been lying here for hundreds of years.

According to modern scientists, the Pokainsky forest is indeed a powerful geopathogenic zone.
