Ocean Avenue

Immediately after sunset in summer and winter, in the basement of the house on Ocean Avenue (almost opposite the city Hall), you can hear scratching and grinding, sighs and sobs, and sometimes crying. Sometimes a Black Ghost comes out of the basement.

Eyewitnesses described the ghost as follows: "A huge silhouette in a long, shiny black cloak up to his feet."

At dawn, it got out into the yard and stood until the first rays of the sun fell on it.
