Merchant Feinberg 's apartment house

In Irkutsk, on Khalturina Street, 1, there is an old house-a monument of regional significance, built in 1900-1902 by merchant Isaiah Faenberg. In the two thousandth years there was a library named after Molchanov-Sibirsky, which later moved to a new building.
