Maryinka

Maryinka is an anomalous zone, a prodigal place, a "nest of lightning" near the village of the same name south of the Korablino district center in the Ryazan region.

According to eyewitness accounts, articles in local newspapers, UFOs and other sightings were repeatedly observed in and near Maryinka, on the 3-kilometer road between the village and the highway.

As Yuri Kharin writes ["Ryazan Vedomosti" 2003, August 2], a strange picture was repeatedly seen in the sky over the village, as large UFOs turned into images of "fish", and "fish" into a ball.
