The building was built between 1934 and 1936 by Moscow architects Mikhail Parashnikov and Ivan Sobolev.
"The killer house" is how roughly the building with an arch next to the monument to Lenin is sometimes called. And the fact is that this house has seen a lot of unnatural deaths. Today everything is calm, but residents complain that they periodically hear rustles, moans and see ghosts.
