This ghost lives, as it should, in the tower — the one with the main clock of the city. This, they say jokingly at the post office, is the reason that the arrows used to often lag behind.

It is believed that the game was eventually started by a ghost, which was first felt by the builders who climbed onto the roof of the post office. It was in Soviet times. No one was in a hurry to work then. So the masters spread out a newspaper, put a bottle, but it was not there: The ghost knocked the drunks off their feet and they rushed away. The case hit the pages of the newspaper, but not in those years, but later. Now they don't forget about the "lord of time" either.

"The guards periodically report to me that he is coming. Well, as happens in any old buildings that have their own energy," says Vladimir Parkhomenko, chief engineer of the post office, showing drawings of the clock tower.
