Ischia Island

There is a legend about time travel in this place:

There is an island of Ischia in the Tyrrhenian Sea off the coast of Italy. One August day in 1997, a 25–year-old guy Kurt Rainer, all dirty and scratched, limped up to the entrance to the Poseidon Gardens Thermal Park. He told the employee that he had gone downhill on a motorcycle and now he doesn't know where he is. Rainer was sent to the hospital, and the next day he gave his name, surname and the hotel where he was staying. However, no Rainer was found on the guest list. The police took up the mysterious incident. Soon it was possible to establish: in 1981, a German tourist by the name of Rainer really stayed at this hotel, who then disappeared.
