Hermitage

One of the most famous ghosts of St. Petersburg has been living in the Hermitage for a little more than a century and a half. According to legend, from time to time the ghost of Nicholas I wanders through the dark corridors of the museum.

However, this ghost does not limit its habitation to the walls of the Hermitage and sometimes appears in the house on the Champ de Mars, where the Institute of Culture has been located for a long time.
