Forest near the village of Saberj

Near the city of Mashhad, near the village of Saberj, there is a large forest that, with the onset of dusk, begins to make terrible sounds, according to the stories of local residents, these sounds resemble a scream.

Some locals assume that these terrifying screams are made by some kind of animal, other residents think that these are unknown factors of nature, such as strong winds. Interestingly, these sounds have disappeared for several years.

This forest is located in a valley overlooking the river. The river mysteriously filled up and dried up every year in one season and when the river was replenished with water, the sounds resumed.
