Description
An object that looks like a large "dumbbell" regularly flies over the city, and also the most incomprehensible, the most mysterious of all Cheboksary UFOs often appears. This object itself is never visible, but the light of the Moon and stars, passing through it, is distorted. Invisible UFO refracts light rays!
