Brijraj Bhavan Palace

The Rajasthan Palace Brijraj Bhavan is supposedly haunted by the ghost of Major Charles Barton, one of the members of the British government. The major, along with his sons, was shot during the Sepoy uprising in 1857. Now a hotel is located here. 

The guards say that sometimes, when they happen to smoke or fall asleep on duty, someone's invisible hand hits them on the shoulder. The guests also get it: from time to time they feel someone's intrusive presence.
