Blue Mountain

One of the most mysterious hilly peaks located on the border with the Saratov region. According to local legends, it attracts thunderclouds and lightning discharges, affects the well-being of people and the behavior of animals. 

Eyewitnesses often note the appearance of unusual light phenomena over the top, where engines sometimes stall in passing cars and flying helicopters (such cases were noted in the summer of 1980 and 1982).

In the last century and in the 1970s-90s of our century, the appearance of strange humanoid creatures and increased UFO activity were noted above the summit.
