Arboretum

One of these anomalies is considered to be an Arboretum located in a picturesque corner of Absheron - in the village of Mardakyan. Many who have visited this place claim that after sunset there is something mystical here:

"It feels like in the evening you get into a completely different dimension, and you see people who do not exist at all," says Murad Mammadov, a resident of the capital. - One day, returning with a friend from the Arboretum, we noticed a girl with a package sitting on a bench, she was feeding a black dog. After making a circle, five minutes later we returned and saw only a dog. The girl was not there, but her package remained, while the dog howled plaintively. Dusk was gathering, I even got goosebumps. Later we found out that this girl and the dog are seen by many in the evening."
