Currently, the building on Calle Puente y Pellón remains closed. There are legends that strange events took place on the third floor, where warehouses, a toy store and a shoe store are located.

Eyewitnesses told about silhouettes appearing and that shoes were rearranged by someone at night, and toy strollers drove by themselves in broad daylight.

Director Alex de la Iglesia filmed a scene from the movie "The Perfect Crime" in this building. Curiously, after the shooting, it turned out that some of the frames were missing, and strange sounds were recorded on some frames.
