An abandoned rembase in a military town

In the Military Town there is a mystical unfinished building belonging to the Ministry of Defense. Abandoned back in the 80s, the house looks at Lipchan with gaping black windows. Its construction was never completed.

But the townspeople are sure: this place is cursed. During its construction, the ground went out from under the foundation, workers often died. The most mystical versions are that ghosts walk around the Rembaza building.

But even if you don't believe in mysticism, the building is dangerous in itself, so its territory is periodically patrolled to prevent accidents.
